WormRP:Adding a Group

Todo: write this better.

1. add a page for them with the group template
2. Edit Template:Cape/affiliation and add them there. This will let the cape template access the group data
3. (optional, if big/public group) Edit Main Page/cape navbox subtemplate to add the group to the front page
