Very little is known about Thought Police by the public, except that she is a thinker of some variety. She has been a member of the Wilmington, Delaware Wards; The Ashton, Washington Wards; and most recently the Devilfish, Minnesota Wards.
She doesn't make many public appearances other than patrols. She is also known to be in a relationship with an independent Hero named Devilfish:Sirin.

Appearance
Rose stands at 5’10” Short Black Hair, Brown eyes, and an above average level of physical fitness (for a 17 year old Girl).
In her civilian life she has a carefully chosen aesthetic, wearing mostly black along with a single other color depending on the day of the week (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo or Violet). She also takes the time to embroider eyes onto most of her clothing.
Because of her girlfriend Sirin's lack of a secret Identity, Rose carries a Hockey mask with her in her bag while in chivies so that she can associate publicly with her girlfriend without needing to be in her proper cape attire. (She has 7 masks, that match the color she's wearing that day)
Her costume is a relatively simple black Kevlar jumpsuit, trying to provide as much armour as it can, without being too bulky or constricting. it comes with a helmet featuring a smooth faceplate, illuminated by a number of LED lights, to provide something akin to eyes to look at.

Using her talents in the field of coding, Rose operates her very own single-woman Indie game studio named 'Telescreen Studios' in her free time she codes small but lovingly made Indie games, that she uploads to various online game retailers.

Mentality
She was raised by the Ministry and has a certain level of caution when interacting with other Thinkers. Originally this was an outright disdain for other Thinkers, but those feelings have faded and changed, the longer she is away from the toxic environment she grew up in.
She has some hangups regarding schooling, grueling education and abusive teachers played a big part in her trigger. Upon joining the Wards, Rose originally refused to be taught in-person, choosing an online tutoring program, but has since then accepted and warmed up to conventional schooling in order to socialize.
She has done remarkably well in regards to unlearning the propaganda of the Ministry, but has had trouble unlearning the tendency to underestimate non-parahumans.
Rose has formed a committed relationship with a case 53 named Ai (Devilfish:Sirin) who she finds extremely endearing.

Upon hearing a statement, Roses power alerts her to whether the statement was a [TRUTH], [FALSEHOOD], [PARTIAL-TRUTH], or a [PARTIAL-FALSEHOOD]
This is based on whether or not the speaker of the statement believes it is true.
The difference between a [PARTIAL-TRUTH] and a [PARTIAL-FALSEHOOD] is mostly determined the intent of the speaker, and by how much of the statement was a [TRUTH] vs a [FALSEHOOD].
On occasion her power will give the result [INSUFFICIENT-DATE] usually this is because of interference on the part of a Trump/Stranger/Master Power. Or if The answer would reveal something deemed restricted by her shard (Info on the Cycle/Entities/Endbringers)

Rose can fluently understand, speak, write, any language.

Backstory
Born and Raised by ‘The Ministry’ in a compound in Delaware, she never knew her parents, as they were communally raised. Day in and day out, the conditions were comfortable, but the stress was astounding for an unpowered. They were held to the same standard of grueling education as the older children who had already come into possession of their thinker powers.
It was inevitable that she would trigger, but The Ministry cell was astounded when three of their unpowered offspring multi-triggered. It had only happened once before in the history of the Ministry.
She was given the name ‘Thought crime’ as a reference to her polygraph ability. Still they needed to be taught further, after all you must be smart in addition to your powers to be a successful member.
She rose through the ranks of the younger members, and was used in a couple covert operations against the local PRT. which unfortunately lead to a raid on the safe house she and several others were using.
She was taken into custody, and was grateful for the chance to be free of those who she resented so deeply. She would later go onto receive therapy to help unlearn some of the propaganda she’d been taught, recently though, she’d been cleared for active duty, on the West coast. A city called Ashton
