Very little is known about Thought Police by the public, except that she is a thinker of some variety.

Appearance
Rose stands at 5’10” Short Black Hair, Brown eyes, and an above average level of physical fitness (for a 16 year old Girl) She tends to wear mostly black clothes, but not necessarily goth in terms of actual aesthetic.
Her costume is a relatively simple black Kevlar jumpsuit, trying to provide as much armour as it can, without being too bulky or constricting. it comes with a helmet featuring a smooth faceplate, illuminated by a number of LED lights, to provide something akin to eyes to look at.

Mentality
She was raised by ‘The Ministry’ and has a certain disdain/paranoia of other Thinkers, and while she enjoys learning new things, she gets irrationally angry when someone attempts to ‘teach’ her, this has lead to a couple altercations with PRT Tutors, before realizing that online schooling is the best course of option for her.
She has done remarkably well in regards to abandoning the teachings of ‘The Ministry’ but has trouble on occasion by slipping into a superior mindset when among non-parahumans.

Upon hearing a statement, Roses power alerts her to whether the statement was a [TRUTH], [FALSEHOOD], [PARTIAL-TRUTH], or a [PARTIAL-FALSEHOOD]
This is based on whether or not the speaker of the statement believes it is true.
The difference between a [PARTIAL-TRUTH] and a [PARTIAL-FALSEHOOD] is mostly determined the intent of the speaker, and by how much of the statement was a [TRUTH] vs a [FALSEHOOD].
On occasion her power will give the result [INSUFFICIENT-DATE] usually this is because of interference on the part of a Trump/Stranger/Master Power. Or if The answer would reveal something deemed restricted by her shard (Info on the Cycle/Entities/Endbringers)
Secondary Power (Language of Babel)
Rose can fluently understand, speak, write, any language.

Backstory
Born and Raised by ‘The Ministry’ in a compound in Delaware, she never knew her parents, as they were communally raised. Day in and day out, the conditions were comfortable, but the stress was astounding for an unpowered. They were held to the same standard of grueling education as the older children who had already come into possession of their thinker powers.
It was inevitable that she would trigger, but The Ministry cell was astounded when three of their unpowered offspring multi-triggered. It had only happened once before in the history of the Ministry.
She was given the name ‘Thought crime’ as a reference to her polygraph ability. Still they needed to be taught further, after all you must be smart in addition to your powers to be a successful member.
She rose through the ranks of the younger members, and was used in a couple covert operations against the local PRT. which unfortunately lead to a raid on the safe house she and several others were using.
She was taken into custody, and was grateful for the chance to be free of those who she resented so deeply. She would later go onto receive therapy to help unlearn some of the propaganda she’d been taught, recently though, she’d been cleared for active duty, on the West coast. A city called Ashton
