A New Ward in the Protectorate Lineup, she is the Granddaughter of Captain Poseidon, an old Protectorate hero in the city who was popular. Her identity was made public as a part of her debut due to her connection to her Grandfather, who also had a public identity due to an incident with a villain. Her public unveiling noted that she has the power to turn into any sea creature and swim through the air, much like her Grandfather's power was to summon flying sea creatures.
