Phalanx is Captain of the Devilfish Protectorate, having formerly been a core member of the Minneapolis Protectorate prior to his promotion and transfer. Phalanx is one of the Premier Artificial Intelligence Tinkers, and has served the Protectorate Faithfully for the past 6 years, and even longer if you count his time as a PRT trooper.
He has been upfront and clear to all who would fight him, that excessive force against his Android Daughter Pleiades will be responded with both the unrelenting force of a Protectorate Captain responding to violence against a Ward, as well as a very angry father with readily accessible Death rays.
He and the majority (but not all) of his gear is Greco-Roman themed, something he has mentioned is in honor of his heritage. Being both ethnically Greek, and a Hellenic Pagan.

Mentality
Jasper is a relatively jovial person, greatly respecting his co-workers, Protectorate, Ward, Trooper, and Clerk alike. They do their best to remain professional whenever possible, but have trouble not looking at the team like a big family. Feeling somewhat parental over the Wards at time, though they keep this to themselves usually.
Jasper has changed since their trigger, having mellowed out oddly enough, compared to the more serious person they had been when working as a PRT trooper pre-trigger.
Heroism is not just a job for Phalanx, they are genuinely called to be the best they can be, and while heroism is a major part of their life, they consistently endeavor to not let it consume them, or to let it be the sole focal point in their life.
Jasper is a follower of Hellenism, though they aren't usually forward about it. They are also Transgender and Pansexual, the later two being clear if you pay attention to context clues, thought they are a private person about Religion, Gender, and Orientation.
Power
Trigger type: Single Natural Trigger (Controller Tinker)
Phalanx is an Artificial Intelligence & Robotics tinker. Capable of building three varieties of AI.
- Virtual Intelligence: 100% Tinker Code
- Robots: 100% Positronic Circuitry
- Androids 50% Tinker Code / 50% Positronic Circuitry
Virtual Intelligences and Robots are the inverse of eachother.
Both being built from the ground up for a specific purpose, and being generally unable to adapt beyond that purpose, without direct input and alterations from their creator. VI are designed for management/interaction with specific computer systems, while Robots are designed for specific physical tasks.
Neither is capable of achieving sapience/sentience on their own, though Phalanx could feasibly adapt sections of the software/hardware from a VI or Robot into an Android.
Androids are designed to be the best of both soft-ware and hard-ware. The best learning algorithms and code Phalanx can fashion, and the most advanced Positrionic Hardware he can afford. Together these form something capable of sapience/sentience. Emotions are also available, though Phalanx's particular variety of Androids are not even close to 1:1 with human thought processes.
Phalanx-Androids function via advanced neural-coding, and a rather difficult to maintain 'Positronic Brain.' Phalanx is limited in his ability to build and maintain more than half a dozen (6) of them, before they would be forced to neglect their Protectorate Duties and Personal Life. Though a smaller number of VI and Robots are within reason for him to maintain along with his 'Main-cast' of androids.
Phalanx has a particularly useful Alloy-recipe provided by his power, called 'Elysian-steel' which see's significant use in the fragile circuitry of his Robots and Androids. Phalanx like most tinkers is able to build rudimentary armor, weapons, and equipment for his AI, but its typically quite underwhelming compared to a dedicated tinker.
(Simple Ballistic weapons, Magnetic Dart launchers, low-powered Laser weaponry, Meta-material swords, Shock-bludgeons, hard-light melee weapons.) Power armor designed by Phalanx is basically a hollowed out Robot, with much of its automated functions replaces with manual controls.
All of the Androids designed by Phalanx possess a distinctly alien mental-architecture, meaning that while capable of passable social interaction with humans they come off as somewhat socially incompetent, this means they may only be utilized to their fullest potential by Phalanx, who possesses an intimate-familiarity with their thought-processes, and technical-specifications. Only achieving maybe half effectiveness at best when supervised by others.
Virtual Intelligence's and Robots do not count as 'alive' for the sake of powers Though the Androids do for some powers, and can even be perceived by Empaths.
Backstory
Like many children, Jasper wanted to be a Hero when they were a kid. Things didn’t work out that way though. But a successful career in the PRT was rewarding in its own way. Jasper would even argue that putting your life on the line to help others meant more when you weren’t a bullet-proof Modern-day Demi-god.
This wasn’t just a job for Jasper, it was a life-calling. But on Earth Kaff, all good things must end in tears. During one fateful operation Jasper and his squad was disabled by a potent emotion-manipulator. To this day Jasper is uncertain why it affected him so much more than his squad-mates (not that they didn’t have a rough time too).
The others took sometime to recover from the long-term negative effects, perhaps a month of downtime on average. Power-induced PTSD was no joke after all, but it seemed that the effects wore off with time with minimal lasting effects.
Not so for Jasper though, perhaps Jasper was simply more inclined towards Agoraphobia, but the PTSD had left Jasper a grade-A agoraphobe and Insomniac. They were able to tough through things at first, so they returned to active duty (barely passing psych checks) but their performance quickly dropped. His comradery with his co-workers fizzled out, and their combat effectiveness was hampered. The PRT discharged Jasper, putting them on reserve, so that Psychiatric help could be given.
Months passed, with minimal progress, Jasper isolated themselves from civilian friends, and family, video calls with their Therapist continued, and Jasper found some solace in the form of digital media, but things remained stagnant, and alone. Efforts to improve were continually met with setbacks, this continued for months.
TRIGGER
The PRT Therapist was alarmed when Jasper ceased communications, concerned that Jasper had taken their own life, they called the police, and the paramedics.
Jasper was not dead, but had simply dismantled every electronic device he owned in a fugue-state, having constructed most of a Bipedal Robot. Jasper remained unresponsive to the Police and Paramedics in his home, and the PRT were dispatched when it was clear this was a parahuman matter.
Their Trigger had left them different, they still had agoraphobia, but something had fundamentally changed, that allowed a gradual recovery. Legally they were now a member of the Protectorate, and while it took over a year and a half of concerted self-improvement to recover to the point that they were allowed on active duty. Jasper flourished as a protectorate hero.

Appearance | A Meta-Material Alloy that looks somewhere between gold and bronze, thought it is somewhat more dull and less-reflective. |
---|
Abilities | A Tinker-Meta Material supplied by Phalanx's shard to shield the high-powered subsystems in Phalanx's various Androids, Robots, and Equipment.
Physical Properties are akin to High-grade Steel, with any small differences being negligible. With Its most notable and unique property being that it is entirely 100% non-conductive, and does not Rust.
Produced by Phalanx in large batches that can be stored in one of two ways, Ingots that can be melted down by himself or allies for later use in special molds, or in large containers of metallic powder for use in a metal 3d printer.
Phalanx has taken the liberty of forging a supply of melee weaponry. Swords, Knives, Pole-arms, and Shields of varying sizes. As well as a couple of Gladiatorial nets woven from the material. Set aside in the Armory. |

Shelf-stable, requires no Maintenance
With a small supply of Ingots and Powder set aside for his use, and his allies (with permission) in a locked storage locker in the Tinker Lab. Original posts for Elysian-steel and Neo-roman weaponry |

Appearance | A suit of stylized Power Armor based on the appearance of a futuristic Greco-Roman Armor. has an small holo-projector in the face plate that can project digitized faces, emoticons, and small bits of text. |
---|
Abilities | The Praetorian Armor Mk2 is durable enough to stand up to heavy caliber bullets and shrapnel and is basically Immune to EMPs and Electrical attacks, because of Elysium Steel Shielding over sensitive components.
The armor allows Phalanx to strike with the force of a super-heavyweight Boxer, and to exert a lifting strength of roughly 700lbs before damage is done to the Suit's servos/hydraulics.
Designed to balance out the actual weight/encumbrance of the armor, allowing Phalanx to run at the speed they would outside the suit, but provides no benefit outside of canceling its own weight.
The helmet has a built in gas mask, as well as 2 hours of bottled oxygen stored in a well-armored tank located near the small of his back. The Helmet has Infrared and 6x zoom optical settings. In the event of necessity, Phalanx can manually open panels on the faceplate to allow unimpeded access to the mouth and/or eyes.
The suit has a high powered (and nearly silent) cooling system, mostly for comfort rather than to avoid mechanical overheating.
Contains a folding blade (6 inches usable) and a folding baton in both the left and right forearms.
Jump-Jet Sub-System:
Consisting of a number of thrusters across the surface, hidden beneath retractable armor plates.
While not fully flight capable, the jump jets can allow Phalanx to jump up to three (3) stories, although in conjunction with a built in grappling hook (one in each arm), he can reach up to five (5) stories.
A 'Parachute' setting allows Phalanx to slow his fall like an actual Parachute, only using thrusters instead of drag and air resistance.
Removable Wrist Blaster Subsystem:
Designed to interchangeable fit over his left or right suit gauntlet, the Wrist Launcher adds a bit of bulk. Though with the adjustment of a few straps it can be worn on his bare arm outside his armor.
Consists of a Rail-gun and a Medium-yield laser.
The Rail-gun with an adjustable barrel, can propel metal BBs at hyper velocity, as well as standard firearm munitions of varying sizes, adjustable with some calibration. (9mm, 5.56mm, 50.cal as built in presets)
Has an slot for standard ammunition, as well as two reservoirs of metal BBs (standard and rubber coated) The strength of the BBs can be adjusted, maxing out at about the strength of a 5.56mm AP round. with the rubber coated bbs being useful for non-lethal shots, roughly equivalent to 9mm rubber bullets.
The Laser consists of a power-cell capable of 20 shots. 60 meter range. A single shot can cause 2nd degree burns and ignites more easily flammable materials on impact.
Consecutive shots can cause 3rd degree burns and ignite less easily flammable materials on impact. Functions via heat alone, have no tangible impact or kinetic force.
The Gauntlet has a Laser sight, with a retical capable of 4x zoom, and a rangefinder. |
---|
This is just consolidating the Praetorian Armor itself and the Jumpjet and Wrist weapon upgrades into one blurb, while upgrading the Wrist Launcher to the standards of the Rail Rifle/Laser |

Creator | Phalanx one per Android, and one for himself. | |

Appearance | It looks like a grappling hook gun. Large by the standards of a pistol, more like a hand canon or SMG, but clearly a grappling gun even to a cursory glance. |
---|
Abilities | Allows a user to scale buildings much much easier, up to two (2) stories. Able to support up to 600lbs of weight.
The grip is full of powerful electromagnets, designed to 'lock' into the grip of a metal gauntlet (like Phalanx's power armor, or his Daughters hands.) This allows it to not be yanked out of their hand when the cable retracts.
Could theoretically be used as a weapon, firing it towards an opponent, hitting about as hard as a beanbag from a shotgun, and able to retract to fire again in only a handful of seconds. |

Abilities | Not Phalanx's best work, as its borderline for their specialty, this Arm-brace is based on the design for shock-absorbers built into the limbs of Phalanx's androids.
Her armor has been adjusted to feature a shield mount that utilized an extremely strong clamp. This arm-brace is made to allow Good Samaritan to catch objects moving at high-speed without dislocating her arm, using either her hand, or with the shield mount on her armor.
When the shield is in its mount, the arm-brace helps absorb the shock from hits impacting the shield. And allows her to punch harder without hurting her knuckles, wrist, elbow, or shoulder.
Each one features a standard NUCLEUS Tracker embedded in it. |

Appearance | A clamp with a large speaker/receiver in the head. Made with elysium steel. |
---|
Abilities | This device clamps onto the armor or body it is attached to. When activated, this device essentially listens for resonant frequencies or high vibrations, and when it detects such a frequency produces a sound with the same amplitude but inverted phase. This cancels out the harmful frequency, protecting what it is attached to.
Hardened against EMPs with an Elysian Steel casing. |

Appearance | A dull golden gladius that was ripped straight from Phalanx’s armory. Upon the hilt is a black metal case that goes around the hand, much like a rapier’s basket. |
---|
Abilities | The black case houses a sonic projector attached directly to the tang of the gladius, causing it to vibrate at a frequency. This vibration allows for much easier cutting, to the point that organic materials can be cut through like warm butter. Rings slightly when swung through the air. |
---|
Duration | Without a power source it is still a sharp sword, but it will no longer vibrate. |

Public Info | Introduced briefly to the public, Phalanx explains that as his son, Argus is state of the art, and that Phalanx knows that he'll make a wonderful hero.
He restates that for all intents and purposes Argus is a Ward, and that much like with Pleiades he is a protective and vengeful Father with a death ray. |
---|
Appearance | Gus' physical body stands at 5'10" with Blue eyes & Black hair.
Weighing almost 450 pounds, he has a fit body-type, those unaware of his nature would likely guess him to be somekind of athlete.
His head passes as perfectly human, but his torso, arms, and legs, are covered in armored plates rather than more synth-skin. Though it is easy enough to conceal beneath appropriate clothing.
When fighting crime he simply forgoes his civilian attire before equipping his various gadgets and bits of equipment. |
---|
Mentality | Argus is new, he has a rather more politely introverted personality compared to Pleiades or her Predecessors. He speaks with a British accent, and is fond of reading and writing. Whether it be sifting through and writing reports, or reading, commenting on, and writing her own fan-fiction.
Argus Identifies as a boy most often, but is gender-fluid, Having a somewhat feminine body and an slightly androgynous voice. He thinks that those that point this out or consider it a contradiction to be foolish. Argus uses any pronouns, but defaults to he/him more often than not.
Argus is hard-coded to be suspicious and to take precautions whenever necessary. He is also hard-coded to respect privacy in all its forms, as a way to insure He takes his job very seriously.
Does not trust Rockstar, due to comments made by her father about keeping an eye on her and any intrusion attempts. |
---|
Resources | Lives with his father Jasper Newchapel (Phalanx) in a suburban home. While not technically a Ward has a Ward Phone and Computer for work, and has many of the same resources available to him that Wards do.
Gus receives an Allowance from his father. |

Abilities | Durability:
Internal skeletal structure and External armor plates constructed of a combination of Titanium and Steel alloys, giving exceptional protection for the myriad of critical systems contained within.
(Level IV Ballistic Protection)
Armored chest cavity contains his 'M2 Quantum-positron' brain, primary energy banks, and his 'Zipdash Hardlight core.'
Both Vital and Auxiliary systems are heavily shielded from Electromagnetic and Electrical attacks due to liberal application of Elysian Steel throughout his construction. Making Pleiades a walking Faraday cage, hampering wireless intrusion attempts.
All systems are as waterproofed as Phalanx could manage within reason.
Strength:
Possessing a combination of Synthetic .Musculature and Hydraulics (Filled with a tinkertech Antifreeze) Argus is capable of great feats of strength
Able to lift 1500 pounds (lb) before damage risk to his chassis, able to strike with the force to shatter bricks and bend commercial steel, though he can dial this strength back with excellent precision.
Agility:
Designed with smooth 360 degree rotation of every joint in his body, Argus is able to perform acts and feats that can only be comparable to a combination of an Olympic Gymnast and the girl from The Exorcist
His Synthetic Musculature and Hydraulic systems allow her to jump and sprint at nearly peak-human levels, limited only by the weight of his bodies various systems weighting him down more than he can compensate for on foot.
He is unable to swim, but contains a pair of deploy-able flotation devices near his shoulder blades.
Weaponry:
Arms:
Both hands feature a 'Zipdash Projector Disk' attuned to their Hardlight Core, the left arm having a 6 inch deployable blade, and the right having a 6 inch deployable stun baton. Able to project Hardlight shields as per usual.
Or using a secondary Phalanx branded Hardlight emitter in each palm he is able to form simple blades and bludgeons. These hardlight weapons dissipate when no longer within her grasp.
The Weapons have the rough heft and durability of a steel weapon of similar shape, when under pressure that would bend or shatter a steel equivalent, they simply dissipate, requiring 1 full round for the Emitter to reboot.
Utilities:
Head:
Cyber-Eyes possess Five vision modes: Human spectrum, Infrared, Ultraviolet, Thermal, and 16x zoom.
Standard 'human' ears possess greater hearing acuity than a human being, being more on par with those of a canine,
Hands:
Their hands feature re-configurable connector cables, which can usually reconfigure to plug into most ports, barring the most exotic of designs
Left Hip:
A number of tools (screwdrivers, drill, wrenches, pliers, welding torch, hammer, knife, etc) are stored in his left Hip compartment.
This compartment has a bit of extra room for anything she needs to conceal or store temporarily. As it is plated in Elysium Steel, this compartment is a Faraday Cage.
Right Hip: A Medical Kit is located within a Faraday cage compartment, along with a small emergency supply of Medical oxygen and an accompanying mask, as well as emergency rations/water, and a Flare gun with 22 micro-flares.
This compartment has a bit of extra room for anything she needs to conceal or store temporarily. As it is plated in Elysium Steel, this compartment is a Faraday Cage.
External Communications 'Airlock': A dedicated airlock, designed to quarantine and decontaminate incoming files and signals to remove threats before they interface with Argus Directly.
Host to a whole slew of intelligent Anti-virus programs that are designed to hunt down and either destroy or isolate viruses, backdoors, or hidden programs.
Anything that wants to interact with Argus's systems has to go through here.
Cyberwarfare suite: Ranged and Direct connections for Cyberwarfare.
Argus utilizes a combination of short-lived Intelligent Viruses, conventional viruses, and subtle intrusion VI to either compromise or wreck systems they connect too. Likewise Argus can use similar programs to defend itself, not unlike virtual anti-bodies.
Able to connect wirelessly (triple encrypted) to a number of Cyberwarfare Micro-drones, which mostly exists to let him connect to systems with no wireless connections, by having the drones plug in directly acting as a bridge.
NUCLEUS Tracking Devices: One located in every limb, three in the torso, and one magnetically clipped to his exterior.
Misc:
MK1 Quantum-Positronic Brain: A further Iteration of the Quantum-Positronic Brain utilized in Pleiades. Though beefed up significantly to allow greater intelligence, processing power, and Multi-tasking ability.
If Pleiades is a high-end computer, Argus is a supercomputer. In possession of not one, but TWO Quantum Entanglement Broadcasters, each connected to a single receiver.
This System allows Argus to assume direct control pseudo-telepathically of systems that are equipped with a corresponding Quantum-receiver. Though each broadcaster can only connect to a single receiver at a time, limiting them to whatever Phalanx has the receivers installed in at the moment. |

Appearance | A stylized robotic owl, unfolds partially like a transformer when entering jet-pack mode. As large as a Andean Condor |
---|
Abilities | OWL FORM Connects to Abacus via a encrypted wireless signal. Allowing her to communicate, give commands, share senses, and to assume direct control as though he was an extension of her body.
As a Robot (Dumb-AI), he is capable of limited thought of his own, Bubo has the intellect and emotional range of a particularly smart Raven.
He is flight capable, and can reach speeds of 40mph via a combination of Wings, and Microthrusters. And is capable of getting up to speed, and turning with little in the way of build-up. 10x zoom, Infrared, and Ultraviolet vision modes.
His talons are sharpened, and each one is capable of releasing an electric shock on par with a police taser.
JETPACK FORM Bubo is capable of latching onto Abacus's back, connecting via her White Carapace, and transforming into a Jet-pack, unfolding in the process to increase aerodynamics.
Allowing Abacus to achieve flight up to 30mph. capable of providing enough lift for Abacus herself and up to 300lbs of extra weight. |

Abilities | About the size of a baseball, these drones can propel themselves with weak anti-grave pulses, flying at a max of 15mph once having gotten up to speed. They are controlled by ARGUS using a Triple encrypted wireless connection.
They can roll along the ground at 10mph, and can deploy a number of small but extremely powerful cutting tools and micro-torches, which are intended to let them eventually chew their way into a system far enough to find a direct connection.
Once they've found a direct connection they can use a couple of reconfigurable Connector cables to plug into a system directly, these connectors can usually reconfigure to plug into most ports, barring the most exotic of designs.
Intelligence is on par with Lab Mice, smart enough to damage their own systems and purge themselves if captured. |
---|
Each drone has a single NUCLEUS tracker wedged inside its circuits, designed in such a way that attempting to remove it will almost certainly damage the databanks & programming. |

Creator | | |
---|
Appearance | When not concealed to look like Argus, these drones are just humanoid-bipeds, though much more in line with the old CENTURION models, just more aesthetically pleasing to Argus. |
---|
Abilities | These mechanical bodies have no guiding intelligence of their own, the compartment where a Positronic brain would go are instead outfitted with Quantum Entanglement Receivers.
These Quantum entanglement Receivers can connect to Argus's Quantum entanglement Broadcaster, allowing him to pilot them from any distance with no lag, as though they were extensions of himself.
are durable enough to stand up to bullets (2A) and are fairly resistant to EMP's and attacks of an Electrical nature, because of Elysium Steel Shielding over sensitive components.
Denarius's body is durable enough to stand up to bullets (2A) and is fairly resistant to EMP's and attacks of an Electrical nature, because of Elysium Steel Shielding over sensitive components.
Can exert the agility and strength (lifting & striking) of an exceptionally fit PRT trooper. These bodies are based on an unused Prototype design for DENARIUS, designed to allow smooth 360 degree rotation of all her limbs, this extreme range of motion allows them to move akin to a professional gymnast.
Possesses advanced (cybernetic-grade) pressure and temperature sensors, allowing a near-human level sense of touch.
These Bodies come outfitted with a basic holo-emmitter, that allows them to look like someone else. At the time of construction, they are programmed with a single design based on Argus's main body, as well as some simple clothing choices.
Their hands feature re-configurable connector cables, which can usually reconfigure to plug into most ports, barring the most exotic of designs. |

Abilities | This is a simple but well-built fighting robot. horrifically inelegant design according to Phalanx's shard, but reasonably cheap and rather robust in a simple way. designed to understand and follow orders well.
Each one can be piloted by Argus via a simple quantum communicator, via conventional encrypted signals, or can operate completely autonomously.
Important core components are well-hardened, and reasonably armored.
Lift-strength, run-speed, and general agility is on par with a professional athlete. Though its striking strength is enough to dent steel and shatter bricks.
State-of-the art targeting software, State-of-the-art Friend-or-Foe Identification software.
Trackers in the torso, right next to a det-charge (meant to destroy its internals to avoid capture) |

Appearance | The organ is golf ball sized and coated in an aggressive layer that binds with cardiac muscle tissue. |
---|
Abilities | Releases a hormone cocktail to encourage cellular growth and healing in muscle tissue resulting in a higher density of collagen fibers within the body as well as a greater efficiency in processing of lactic acid. |
---|
Diet requires a higher than normal level of proteins and fats. |
|
---|
Creator | |
---|
Abilities | Implanted into the back of the brain, this pea-sized organ influences the circadian rhythms of sleep and the body's response to sleep deprivation. If deprived of sleep, the Somunum cuts in. The implant allows Cylynx to sleep and remain awake at the same time by switching off areas of his brain sequentially. This process cannot replace sleep entirely, but increases Cylynx's emergency viability by allowing perception of the environment while resting. This means that she needs no more than 4 hours of sleep a day, and can potentially go for 2 weeks without any sleep at all. |
---|
Constant use is not recommended and the maximum of two weeks should not be tested or surpassed. |
|

Abilities | A liver-shaped organ about the size of a golf-ball, this implant is placed within the chest cavity and connected to the circulatory system. It generates and controls 'Larraman cells', which are released into the blood stream if the recipient is wounded. They attach themselves to leukocytes (white blood cells) in the blood and are carried to the site of the wound, whereupon contact with air they form a near instant patch of scar tissue acting like platelets, only better. |
---|
There is a high risk of the cells over acting if too much damage is done to Cylynx during a single fight |

Abilities | This liquidized version of Phalanx's Elysium Steel combined with a bio-organic plastic resulted in an alloy with the flexibility of the plastic and the durability of the Elysium Steel. It is possible to be used as a natural reinforcement for bones as they heal, mixing naturally into the structure and providing passive benefits. Retains the lessened conductivity properties of Elysium Steel, somewhat diminished by the fact that the alloy is inside a 60% water environment. |

Application to non-damaged bones has proven ineffective, tests were performed by Cylynx during solo lab time in which she broke a bone and then injected the compound to test the application finding the results to be excellent due to faster than natural healing. Possible requirements may include the compound needing to be ingested to assist with upkeep of the bones, just as one would ingest extra calcium after a break. |

Abilities | A most distinctive implant, it resembles a film of black plastic that is implanted directly beneath the skin of the torso in sheets. It hardens on the outside and sends invasive neural bundles into the body. After the organ has matured the recipient is then fitted with neural sensors and interface points cut into the carapace's surface. This would allow Cylynx to interface directly with future external augmentations, or in the majority case, with the Nemean Lion Power Suit. When operating the power suit a spinal interface connecting the power suit and Black Carapace will provide Cylynx an intuitive 'feel' for the systems and controls, essentially making her a part of her suit. |

The implantation in extremely invasive and painful, unfortunately due to the requirements that the neural bundles need to engage and connect to the organic nerve endings in Cylynx's body, she needs to be awake and aware for the whole process. The submission has her signed consent and only requires the signing off by Phalanx and Director Shaw. |
