Heather Donahue (currently no cape name) is a young parahuman whose parents were killed during her trigger event. After a failed attempt to seek help from a pair of patrolling Wards, she was picked up and taken in by the local Reclaimers cell.
Through investigation by the hero Antipode, it's believed she triggered with the power to create large numbers of razor-sharp bladed vines. However, the extent of her control is unknown.
