Heather Donahue (currently no cape name) is a young parahuman whose parents were killed during her trigger event. After a failed attempt to seek help from a pair of patrolling Devilfish:Wards, she was picked up and taken in by the local Devilfish:Reclaimers cell.
Through investigation by the hero Devilfish:Antipode, it's believed she triggered with the power to create large numbers of razor-sharp bladed vines. However, the extent of her control is unknown.
