“Where the fing f is this basta-” -Last words of the Villain Poprock, before being violently spread across a street. His head was never recovered.
The first appearance of the Endbringer XX, henceforth referred to as Atcen, occurred at 7 A.M. local time in Hong Kong, bringing sudden and heavy snowfall, at a rate of consistent with the natural one day record for snowfall, if the entire storm dropped in the span of thirty minutes, instead of 24 full hours. A total of 76 inches of snow fell in almost solid sheets from the sky, combined with heavy winds and ice, causing the collapse of roughly 30% of the city's roofs. After the initial 30 minutes, the snowfall ceased, but a thick cloud cover sat above the entirety of Hong Kong proper, roughly mimicking a hurricane with no eye or movement.
Initial response to the Endbringer is lost, due to downed communication, and the elusive nature of this version. Earliest recorded sighting of this Endbringer was at 7:48 A.M. when a research student from HKU managed to capture the creature on a handheld video camera, refer to video attachment 1A for viewing. The visual appearance of this iteration took the form of a large emaciated man, wearing a simple loincloth of an unidentified fur. The creature was pale as the snow around it, and moved through the thick cover as though it was not there. The total visual capture of Acten was 3 seconds between being recorded and between the student being disemboweled. The camera is found 3 days after the attack miraculously undamaged by a recovery team.
After a short engagement with several Capes, both heroic and villainous, Atcen was fought off with little difficulty, only about 20 capes suffering fatal wounds.
The real danger only came after he left.
6 hours after he left, every corpse he made mutated, the flesh becoming similar in composition to a blood red slate, which proved near indestructible to all but the most esoteric of effects applied to it, or heat exceeding 8,000C. This blood red slate emanated a master effect which caused every person within one kilometer of any chunk larger than 2mm2 to feel what is described as “an intense, mind numbing hunger and thirst, insatiable and unslakable.” over two thirds of Hong Kong city killed one another in a hungry rampage before the cause was discovered, and the rest of the city had to be evacuated.
Luckily, the effect seems to be only temporary and distance based. No monitored victims have ever shown repeat desires before or after Atcen’s termination.

Taking place at 4 P.M. local time, Atcen opened with the same deluge of snow as in Hong Kong. The only difference in his powerset this time seemed to be the inability for any one individual to locate Atcen, with a single, changing exception. Ignoring all but the strongest thinker powers, inversely proportional to proximity, {1}, Atcen chose one individual who was able to see them, and anyone within 20 feet of this individual gained the same bonus. Atcen would then proceed to single mindedly hunt them down in what would be known during his activity as “Atcen’s Curse.”
The best description we have of the Endbringer comes from one of the individuals who was near a cursed person. A Thinker with limited post cognition named 20/20 was able to describe Endbringer with clarity.
“Atcen looks like if someone took an old man, with wrinkled and loose skin, then removed 90% of his muscle and fat tissue so he was almost bone, then made him 20 feet tall. His fingers have no flesh upon them at all, and look like bony spears which have been grinded to a point. I- God i saw him fenestrate Lockup, rip him in half and then throw his upper half into a wall. We never found the rest of him.
Atcen has no heart.
Literally. His chest is hollow, replaced with ice shards that his skin is haphazardly stretched over, and his face… why can't I remember his face?! I remember every detail, every detail but that…”
She proceeds to breakdown for half an hour before she can compose herself enough to continue.
“I didn't realize it until afterwards, but he was there. As in, he was following our search group for probably 20 minutes before he ripped half of us to shreds. Several times he nearly struck one of us down but stopped. Why did he stop?! Did he know i would remember!?”
She breaks down, and refuses to answer any more questions.
Atcen leaves Shanghai after 3 hours. Only 10% of the population had been evacuated in time. The slate formed after only 30 minutes.

Following the same pattern as the last two times, Atcen brings with him snow, and leaves carnage. Access into and out of the city are blocked off, the snow slower but unending as he hunts, and Santiago suffers under his wrath for a full 24 hours. Most of this time is trying to hunt down the endbringer, and engage it enough to wound it and leave, as it seems to be simply trying to starve the city under endless snow.
A cape named Shatter manages to provide a debilitating strike upon its being and it flees right afterwards. Unfortunately, Shatter has to be put down after trying to eat several other capes in a mastered rage, well before the slate forms.

Thirty Minutes after the Snow falls on Havana Cuba, the Cuban Government detonates an entire arsenal of Conventional and Tinker-Tech Explosives. The most devastation being a large number of 30 Megaton Thermobaric Bombs. The Snowfall ends. Atcen is not seen again. Havana is removed from the map, and half of Cuba is now a flattened wasteland. Deaths range in about 2.64 million upon detonation.
