An infamous Nazi supervillain from the bad old days, when parahumans were just starting to become a major force. Doktor was a major villain in Europe, and especially Germany. Known to be a tinker with a focus in metals, and responsible for hundreds of crimes.
Character Sheet
Appearance
Heinrich is a blond haired, blue eyed man in the later years of his life. He is 5’11” and has incredible posture. He favors his left leg when he walks, and uses a cane. His costume takes inspiration from the Hugo Boss style German Army uniform, and features Nazi Iconography.
Mentality
In his prime he was a ruthless and driven man, but age has started to mellow him out. He no longer dreams as big as he once did. He's an old man, concerned with his legacy.He is intense, but shockingly friendly to people he considers worth his time. A surprisingly decent boss, for a supervillain.
Skills and Specializations
Heinrich has a good head for finance, leadership, math, and has years of combat experience. However, he is from a time when computers were curiosities, thus He is terrible with computers.
