Like his name suggests, the ninth Endbringer has a passing resemblance to a T-Rex's body plan, with a head more like you'd see on a Nile crocodile. The resemblance to terrestrial life ends there.
 
With a head adorned with three sets of compound eyes, and seven jagged angular horns. The horror begins when it opens its mouth, six rows of teeth, and a throat lined with blades.
 
Its torso is long and flat, chest is lined with bone like protrusions that offer a degree of protection, it has four long almost-human like arms, ending in seven long talons. It stands on its two powerful digigrade hind legs, each ending in a four talons.
 
The last distinct feature of Croc-o-saur is a long tail, twice the length of its torso ending in a Thagomizer with razorbladed bone protrusions.

Having originally manifested in Times Square, it was originally only a bit bigger than the average human, but grew steadily through out the entirety of its attack, only ceasing once it was slain.
 
Before it was slain, Croc-o-saur was roughly three-hundred feet tall, easily the size of the statue of liberty. Its weight enough for its feet to break through the ground into the subway tunnels underneath.
 
In addition to its gradual but steady increase in height, Croc-o-saur possessed an extremely high rate of regeneration, and was able to fire 'beams' and 'blasts' of various kinds from its blade filled maw.
