fisheye (lowercase f) is a member of SWORDFISH. While officially based in the Minneapolis SAU, he spends most of his time travelling to various SWORDFISH black sites both in the US and abroad. What exactly he does inside these highly-secure facilities is unknown, even to the various Protectorate captains whose headquarters the sites are often located in.
