Eimyrja is a villainous mercenary, and de facto leader of the Devilfish:Love Taps, a mercenary gang operating out of the ruins of downtown Portland. She is a former Ward (assigned to Devilfish:Los Angeles) who declined to join the ranks of the full Protectorate upon turning 18.
There's plenty of footage online from her hero days, showing her to be a fairly straightforward pyrokinetic, with the ability to turn what she touches to fire, and some limited Master-like control of fire in her vicinity.
