Despoiler is a member of the Love Taps, a mercenary gang operating out of the ruins of downtown Portland. She's believed to be some sort of Biotinker or Master with control over large beetlelike creatures. She very rarely ventures from their hideout (sending her bugs instead) but when she does she is covered head-to-toe in heavy clothing.
