While not exactly well known, Carmen has of course been seen taking up typical heroic actions with the rest of her family; In respect to that, her defining feature in said events is that she is reserved and keeps to herself- not because she's shy, but because she is not particularly nice to any press or bystanders.

Character Sheet

Appearance

Carmen is of Hispanic descent, and she is typically a bit tanned, due to an aesthetic choice. Her hair is a light brown, and is long and somewhat frizzy. Her eyes are brown.

He costume is a navy body suit, with a a golden star on the chest, golden arm-length gloves, and a golden knee-length skirt. She hides her identity with a gold domino mask, with the right edge highlighted with a navy crescent, and the left edge tapering off into a thin curl around her ear that hides an earpiece. Said taper is also navy, and has lunar cycles in white across it's length. She keeps her hair up in costume with a navy scrunchy.

She's still sort of a mean girl, especially after her trigger event; overall, though, due to being apart of heroic family, she remains a 'turn a new leaf' sort of person. Her anger issues have been channelled to sorting out criminals now, however.

Power

Trigger Type: Natural 2nd Gen; Implement X Effect Blaster

Carmen can suck in bursts of air to serve as fuel for a variable blaster ability that sacrifices range for element, or vise-versa. The modes are;

- Luna: A crescent shaped projectile of dense, black ice. Max range of 30m. Areas hit experience far-below 0'C and accumulation of Ice & frost.

- Sol: A Four-pointed, orange rock resembling a sun. Max range of 30m. Areas hit experience temperatures of 250'C and collections of open flame.

Backstory

Dear old dad was a cape, according to the Orphanage, and was named Frostie; A changer who's body temperature was low enough to give him cryokinesis. It was a shock, sure, but you hardly knew him; he died when you were 5, on a mission to stop an A-class event in the North pole. What hit you in the gut, however, was the fact that he was a villain. Really made you introspect, considering you were one of the Orphanages Mean-girls. Seeing what could become of you, you decided to turn a new leaf, and act less selfishly.

Not a week goes by, and the Orphanage has a ski trip. You think that maybe, having the chance to make up for some things thrust upon you -due to the Same-gender rules of the dormitories- will do you good. You're preparing your speech to the masses whilst returning to said dorms, when a snowball hits you from behind. And then another, and another. The kids you bullied are pelting you with packed ice and pebble-filled balls. And then as you turn to run, a flash of fire, and a glimpse of your least favorite victim holding a lighter and silly string- You Trigger as the heat licks your frosted skin

an icy moon, orbiting a red giant. Grand, as if felt from the eyes and senses of a mountain sized observer; flickers of furs and keratin, avalanches crushing primitive, ember-lit hovels. And finally, debris and gas of a disintegrating ecosystem hit by a solar flare.
