The inner workings of Livewire's abilities are available to the public. Anything in the 'Power' section is common knowledge to those in Pima county and easily accessible to those outside it. Livewire was known to be a core member of the Tucson wards and served well as a member of the Protectorate there.
Character Sheet
Appearance
Donte was tall and physically imposing with a lean, but toned body from track and his "other extra-curriculars." He had a mop of light blonde hair and wore a light tan.
In costume, Livewire wore an electric yellow bodysuit with white accents, covered in a glossy sheen. He also had a pair of orange goggles both to block out the sun and display tactical information.
Mentality
Donte was one of the poster children of the PRT. He was on time, committed, powerful, but also approachable and friendly, at least, that's what the promotional material always said. There are a number of collectors out there with prized Livewire figurines.
Power
Livewire could create and channel, and drain electricity, acting as a battery. He also had the ability to discharge the electricity, whereupon it would follow a straight path for roughly ten feet before accuracy faltered.
