Wanted for a string of inexplicably violent crimes where victims were left hospitalized with major blood loss and in need of skin grafts. One such victim died before paramedics could arrive.

Character Sheet

Appearance

Charlie is incredibly tall and broad, coming in at 6’4 with wide shoulders and thick arms. Her hair and eyes are both dark brown. She looks like she’s been punched in the face a lot. Has a physical mutation where fairly large holes (each about half-inch) dot her skin periodically. From a distance it just looks like normal body modification, but closer examination reveals black tendrils writhing inside. She weighs around 200 pounds.

In costume, she covers herself with black tendrils of wire from the pores in her body, making her look like a writhing mass of wires.

Mentality

Power

Charlie is capable of producing black wires from her body, each a few millimeters thick and covered in microscopic hooks and barbs, which can extend from her body up to 50 feet. The hooks and barbs make these tendrils basically razor wire; they'll shred through most clothing and non-augmented skin, but will meet some resistance on thicker materials and cut-proof materials like kevlar or leather.

She has fine control over these cables, able to make them wrap around objects or retract or bend at will. Each cable is fairly strong individually, able to support Charlie’s weight by itself. She can use multiple to lift heavier objects as needed. She can, in theory, use these tendrils to act like numerous legs if she desires to be extra creepy.

She can also produce microscopic barbs from her pores, allowing her to cling to surfaces. She has less control over this aspect of her power, usually activating it by accident when excited or stressed.

She has a minor strength boost that allows her to swing on her cables without her arms tearing themselves from their sockets.

Backstory

Charlie was raised to box by her military vet father who had high aspirations for her. She loved every second of it, learning to defend herself and beat the shit out of people. She was at the top of the amateur division for her age from ages 12 to 15, but she grew fast over the years. At age 18, she was 6’4 and over 200 pounds, putting her in the super heavyweight division.

As it turned out, the Minnesota Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts Association didn’t actually have a super heavyweight women’s division because there weren’t any women who qualified for it before. She was told that she could be part of the association, but wouldn’t ever get to actually fight anyone. Dejected, she walked out of the gym to think things over.

Out in the alley, she saw a horrific scene. An armed man pointing a gun at someone, separated from her by a chain-link fence topped with razor wire. She had no way to get through to intervene. He pulled the

And turned to face her, looking to get rid of the witness. Razor tendrils shot from her and tore him to pieces -- along with the person who he’d shot in the leg as a warning.
