Power
Striker/Mover combo. Can run move around 80-150 miles an hour when he needs to. Surrounded by a slight time dilation effect. Striker aspect allows his contact with someone to transfer accumulated motion spent moving into kinetic force. Unfortunately he’s limited in how much force he can store.
Backstory
Remarkably famous, Raptor is the Deputy Commander of the Los Angeles PRT branch. His time-dilation effect has been proven to make him incredibly durable.
