Appearance
Magna is a large person sitting at 6'2 he normally wears a hefty fur jacket that puffs out, his build is more low heavy, seeming to denote a sort of kickboxing past. He prefers to wear stuff that makes him look much larger than he is and that has a hood to hide his black hair.
When he is Liquidator the people that made his costume thought they could lean into the edgy boy band look, giving him a plated full-body black costume that covers everything but his head, letting his somewhat rough but now kempt black hair swept to one side, with a skintight mask that conforms to track his facial features.

Mentality
Magna is a very quiet individual that prefers to sit back, looking and watching others do the talking and acting. His eyes speak of intelligence yet he never speaks unless he is forced to, at times getting a response can be akin to pulling a tooth out.
Power

Liquidator is a simple and straightforward cape at a first glance, he creates a black substance that gives him immediate and minor control over the Viscosity of something that it touches, this power has two ways to be used that have their own drawbacks.
The first is that Liquidator can throw this substance which is unaffected by wind resistance and will continue forward until it hits something at which point Liquidation gains a sort of mental image of the thing that is hit allowing him to understand the basic structure of it and make an adjustment to its viscosity.
This can be used to make objects essentially liquid for up to two minutes however after twenty seconds the effect must be focused on to be kept that way. Or it can be used to increase the strength of the object, making the object more durable and longer-lasting, able to take larger amounts of damage.
On the other side, Liquidator can also coat an object in the same black substance that he has, allowing him to either increase the durability of an object or allows him to coat an object in the subject that allows him to use his viscosity effect on things that he hits with his weapon.
Can turn solids into liquids, liquids into solids, and make solids double solid (maxes to approximately Double baseline durability).
Solidifying things lasts the same amount of time as liquefying things, and solidifying/liquefying can be continued past the two minute time limit with concentration or by continued touch.
Objects that are re-solidifying after being liquefied keep their new shape, and simply become hard once more. (rather than reverting to prior shape.)
TLDR: makes funny black stuff that changes the viscosity of things whether by increasing or decreasing it.
Backstory
Magna's life is simple, he was born, lived antisocially until the age of 14 when his parents were then killed by a group of villains, leaving him to run away from the cops and live on the streets for a year.
Eventually, as he is about to die from freezing before he triggers with his current power set. He is now joining the wards in hopes to have a future and not die on the streets, but is quite nervous about his social abilities and interacting in general, somewhat hoping that he can just make it through without talking to anyone.
