Appearance
After a dropping out of military service barely after starting at the young age of 18 and then turning to construction/shipbuilding/welding work, Yuri is fit, tall, and strong. He clearly takes care of himself, and might be described as simply average-looking, if a bit rugged. His brown eyes and buzz-cut hair don’t do much to help him stand out either.
Mentality
Aggressive and dogmatic, Yuri believes that Parahumans are the apex of human existence. His personal philosophy could easily land him in the camp of hate groups as a parahuman supremacist

Power
By touching an object, Guillotine can give it the new property of becoming sharp, scaling from the sharpness of a butterknife to that of an obsidian scalpel. This effect lasts a minute after being touched, or indefinitely while in contact with Guillotine. His power cannot harm him, but it does not protect him from normally sharp objects.
As a striker-based power, Guillotine is restricted by touch. However, thrown weapons and traps will be the easiest mediums for his power to stay relevant beyond his immediate reach.
